Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
The shipping costs of your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping costs will depend on the total weight of your order. We offer free shipping for orders over $75 for Puerto Rico and the United States.
Please Note: Free shipping on orders over $75 applies to retail customers only. This offer does not extend to wholesale or B2B (Retailer) accounts.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery with Uva is available for the towns of Guaynabo and San Juan.
IN-STORE PICK UP
We do not offer in-store pickup.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We offer international shipping worldwide. The shipping costs of your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping costs will depend on the total weight of your order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment arrives at its destination country. Organic Health Labs is not responsible for these charges if they apply; they are the customer's responsibility.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 8 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@organichealthlabs.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The total order amount will be refunded, minus the original and return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at cs@organichealthlabs.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We review cases individually and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
