Realmente llevo solo 13 días y aun no comienzo el 3er pote. Pero los primeros dos siento q me e limpiado…. Me siento un poco mas desinflamada. El colon cleanse me tomé primero 3 pastillas nada mas por si me daba dolor al ir al baño..pero como sentí q fui sin nada de molestia y me limpié bastante ya el 2do dia me tomé las 6! En estas dos semanas baje 5 libras y aun no comienzo el q se supone q ayuda a rebajar. Eso si: me e cuidado mas en lo q como y tomando mucha agua! En pulg e sentido q e bajado mas q en peso porque la ropa me queda mas comoda para ser solo 5lbrs menos!!

Me han ayudado con los pensamientos obsesivos, con el animo al despertar y durante el dia. Para mi son el complemento perfecto para sentirme estable, dormir mejor estar con menos tension.
